Imagine sweeping away anything you don't need to carry into the day,

Stories,

Expectations,

Pressure.

Let it all fall away.

With your next inhale,

Imagine a clear breeze moving through the mind,

Opening space,

Refreshing your thoughts,

Creating room for what you want to feel.

Exhale.

Ask softly,

What energy do I want to bring into the day?

Choose one word,

Soft,

Steady,

Open,

Grounded,

And breathe it in.

Take one final slow inhale and a long emptying exhale.
