Steady breath in through your nose and a long,

Unhurried breath out your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Let your belly loosen.

Bring your awareness to this moment,

The very beginning of the day.

Nothing has happened yet.

Nothing is required.

Right now,

All you need to do is breathe.

Inhale gently.

Exhale fully.
