Your seat,
Your feet,
The floor,
The chair beneath you.
Let yourself be held.

I am here.
On your exhale,
I am steady.
Let your breath continue at its own pace.
With each inhale,
Feel your body gently expand.
With each exhale,
Feel your body soften.
Take one final deep breath in,
