Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided practice that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. In this short version of Yoga Nidra, we move awareness through different parts of the body to release tension and settle the nervous system. The practice allows the body to access a state of deep relaxation that can feel profoundly restorative. This meditation is perfect when you need rest but don’t have much time.
