This gentle bedtime meditation is designed to help the body unwind and prepare for sleep. Through a slow body relaxation and soft breath awareness, we release the physical and mental tension that can accumulate throughout the day. The practice gradually guides the body into a state of calm, allowing sleep to arise naturally. You can listen to this meditation while lying in bed as part of your nighttime routine.
