Warm welcome to this igniting meditation.
I am Maria and I work as an energy coach,
Where igniting energy meditations are one of my tools.
And the energy we are going to be connecting to today is helping us to let go,
To release what is holding us back in our day and life,
So that we can move forward with a freer feeling and an open heart.
I hope you will enjoy it.
Please get seated,
Comfortable with your eyes closed and let's start the meditation.
And we start by taking a deep breath.
So imagine yourself walking somewhere in nature and it is a beautiful day.
The sun is shining.
You are feeling free and relaxed.
Maybe you hear some birds,
Some water.
Let whatever comes up for you just float by without holding on or trying to control.
And it can be a place you know or something that just popped up as a spot of nature.
And as you are walking here you notice that you are carrying a backpack.
It might be light,
It might be heavy,
But it is holding you back a little bit in your steps.
It is holding you back a little bit in your movements.
And this beautiful day where the feeling you have within you is free,
Loving and light.
So we walk to a spot where you feel comfortable resting.
And there you put down your backpack and feel your body becoming lighter,
Your energy expanding.
And as you look at the backpack you can see that everything that you've been carrying around you no longer need.
It is no longer serving you these heavy parts.
It has been following you up until now.
And you can make a decision to let go.
To release yourself from this,
Just by setting your intention to do so.
And we can give thanks to all the parts for the parts that they have played in our life taking us here.
And now it's time to move on to take a lighter step forward.
And we take a deep breath.
You can return to this space,
This place whenever you feel you want to release something,
When you no longer want to carry it with you.
A feeling,
A thought pattern,
A reaction,
A situation,
A life pattern or whatever it might be.
We can leave it here in this beautiful place that will take care of it.
And we start to move back into our body lighter,
Freer,
Maybe even excited.
And we give thanks to this beautiful energy in this place.
You can start to come back into your body,
Start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck,
Maybe clap your hands and stamp your feet.
