Hello and welcome to a meditation of Goodbye Old,
Hello New.
The topic for this meditation is creativity.
I would like you to find a quiet place for your meditation.
You may close your eyes or keep them open.
Take some time to become aware of your breath.
Notice the breath moving inside of your body.
Feel the inhale,
The exhale and allow your breath to slow down.
Keep on following the breath.
Keep noticing where your attention goes.
Every time the mind wanders,
Bring it back to the breath.
Practice staying as present as possible.
Try staying in the now and let your breath be the anchor to do so.
And then let's begin with the topic of creativity.
And the one question from all of the questions I could ask you is the next one.
Are you spending your time in a way that brings you the most joy?
So are you spending your time in a way that brings you the most joy?
And you can put this question at the back of your mind.
Keep noticing what you feel inside of you.
And also notice the thoughts that come up.
Any feelings,
Any sensations,
Just keep on noticing what is present.
And whenever you're ready,
You can repeat the question inside of your head quietly for yourself.
And then it might sound like,
Am I spending my time in a way that brings me the most joy?
And you're always welcome,
Of course,
To take some notes if you feel like writing things down during the meditation.
And you can also do it afterwards.
So are you spending your time in a way that brings you the most joy?
Because often when we do something with our talents,
Our skills,
You could say,
So to speak,
We feel most at home and things happen in a flow.
So are you spending your time in a way that brings you the most joy?
And this is then linked to your talents,
Perhaps your purpose,
Or that which brings you fulfillment.
And you can sit a little bit longer.
Keep on noticing the breath.
Keep on noticing what you're feeling inside.
Keep on noticing what you hear inside of your mind.
And you can close the meditation with me or you can stay here and sit still,
Focusing on your breath,
Perhaps focusing in and tuning into the question for as long as you need to.
And whenever you feel ready to close the meditation,
You can take three more deep breaths in and out.
And then you open your eyes when you're ready to move on with whatever lies ahead of you today.
