Hello and welcome to another meditation of Goodbye Old,

Hello New.

And the topic for this meditation is love.

And perhaps you would like to have one hand on your belly around the navel and the other one on your chest.

And feel the breath underneath the hands.

How the belly and chest rises on your inhale and how it all moves back down on your exhale.

And stay here for a few rounds of breath.

Feeling the breath move inside of you.

And as the breath is slowing down,

Let it slow down the mind,

Let it slow down your thinking and move into feeling.

And the topic is love.

And what can you do to let more love in?

What can you do to let more love in?

This is linked to questions like,

Do you love life?

Do you love others?

And do you love yourself?

And are you in love with life?

And if not,

What could you do to fall in love with life?

Which brings us to the topics of gratitude,

Feeling compassion for yourself and others,

But also joy.

So what can you do to let more love in?

What can you do?

Where does the answer lie in maybe not doing anything?

Is it perhaps more important for you to notice what's present already?

To feel the gratitude for all of the abundance which you already have in your life.

So once more,

What can you do to let more love in?

Stay here,

Stay with the breath,

Stay with the answers that you either hear or feel inside.

Keep on breathing,

Keep on noticing,

Keep on feeling,

Allow yourself to feel and allow yourself to cry when tears pop up,

When tears roll over your cheeks.

It doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter.

Let them be.

Whatever you feel is all right.

Whatever you feel is all right.

So stay with what you're feeling and allow it to be there.

Allow it,

Allow it,

Allow it.

And when you feel you want to stay here in silence for a little bit longer,

Then stay.

Take that time.

And when you feel you're ready to close the meditation,

Then take three deep breaths in and out before you open your eyes and before you move into the rest of your day.
