Enjoy a profound reflection moment after completing our first seven classes on emotional healing. In this session, we will reflect on our last six weeks of emotional healing practices, and contemplate on what bigger understandings we had, which exercise helped us to go deeper, what was challenging for us, and what transformations we already experience in us.

So you will need a notebook and a pen.

You can get that one already or file on your computer also good.

Whatever is good for you.

Once you have your pen and paper or file then we are good to go.

So let's do together a bit of a reflection for the past module.

We can have our pen and paper ready to go,

File ready to go,

Body in an upright position.

And when you are ready you can close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

And simply arrive here now in this moment in your heart.

I invite you to breathe and to feel where you are at right now.

And to zoom out a little bit to notice,

Oh it's actually the final moment of our first emotional healing module.

And you might sort of look out over the timeline of the past seven weeks and allow for all the experiences that have unfolded in this time to pass in front of your inner eye and within your heart.

Contemplating these past seven weeks.

Everything you have experienced and you have learned and known about.

Everything that you have practiced and the exercises that you have been doing.

You can contemplate your personal reflections and revelations that you have had in this time.

The practice that you have been doing at home,

The things you have been thinking about,

Feeling into,

Learning about your inner universe.

And I will then invite you to begin to contemplate a few questions within your heart,

Within your inner universe.

The first question that I would like you to ask yourself and then to contemplate is what was your breakthrough insight or understanding in this module?

Maybe it was one,

Maybe it was many.

It might have been part of the teachings or it might have been something you realized within your own heart.

What do you feel is a takeaway idea,

Message,

Understanding,

Insight that was of particular value for you?

We can contemplate seeking for the answer within our heart and then noting down what we discovered.

See if you can find and write down at least one or two insights.

Insights,

Understandings that stood out and that you wish to take with you as you go from here.

Okay.

And once you have found a thing or two to write down,

You can ask yourself what was your favorite exercise or practice.

Maybe something that we have done here in the course,

Something you might have repeated at home.

What was your favorite exercise and practice and why did you feel that this was a really good one for you?

You can then contemplate what was particularly challenging within the last module.

If there was anything challenging,

Maybe something that arose,

Maybe something that was not so easy to wrap your head around.

What was challenging in this past module?

See if you can find one challenging aspect.

And finally you can ask yourself what has transformed in you and in your life in the past seven weeks?

How has this course impacted your life?

What has transformed in you and in your life?

Okay.

See if you can find a thing or two that has transformed,

Changed within your being,

Within your life.

And of course you can always continue your contemplations as long as you wish after we conclude this session.

But for now let's come to an end.

You can observe what you have written down as a little mirror of your experience in this module.

You can take a moment of gratitude,

Of acknowledging all the wonderful things that you have managed to experience and offer to yourself.
