Enjoy a research-based healing exercise that will allow you to become more mindful of your body and inner world. In this session we will become aware of the vagus nerve, the longest cranial nerve in the body. We will learn several easy exercises that allow you to activate your parasympathic nervous system and help deeply relax ourselves. This will allow for deep relaxation, release of anxiety and increased mindfulness of our body and inner universe and greater overall awareness and well-being.
