So let's do a teensy little reflection exercise together of observing guilt within our inner universe and I would just invite you to come into an upright position just that you have a little bit of space because you need to embody a little bit what you're experiencing.

So just that you have enough space.

Let's come upright,

Close our eyes and take a deep breath and you can find within your inner universe just something that you currently feel a bit guilty about.

You don't need to now bring the worst guilt trip of your life but something that is like okay yeah I can connect to guilt in this.

Maybe you you know did a little white lie about something and you're not feeling so great about that.

Maybe you have a certain habit that you're not so happy with and that you keep repeating.

Something like that.

Maybe you just relate to a moment in your life where you did feel guilty even if you don't have that guilt issue anymore and just observe for a moment the aspects that we spoke about.

Okay so when we feel tormented by our own guilt,

When we feel pressed by it,

When it's not an integral force within our being,

There's a certain we could say unconsciousness to that.

There's a certain wish to look away from that thing that makes us feel guilty,

From that issue,

From that area in life.

See if you can sort of bring this image that there's a room inside of your inner universe that you don't really want to look into,

That you don't really want to check out,

That there's a dripping of water onto your head saying you're doing this wrong,

You're doing this wrong,

You're doing this wrong,

There's something wrong,

There's something wrong.

Just see if you can relate to that feeling and see if you can embody it just with your upper body as you sit.

How would that look?

What kind of bodily posture would you assume to express this kind of feeling of unintegrated guilt,

When guilt is eating you with this kind of continuous grinding that something is wrong,

Something is up with you.

What kind of bodily position would you assume?

And once you've found one just intuitively just watch for a moment,

Okay,

This is the position that I chose,

This is how I embody this kind of inner reality of feeling guilty,

Of feeling shameful maybe for something that I might be doing wrong.

This is how I'm trying to avoid that room in my inner universe with this kind of gesture,

This kind of bodily expressed gesture.

Notice how is your breathing going?

How's your tummy doing?

How are your muscles?

What's the overall form and shape of this position that you took?

And then see if you can just straighten out,

Relax your hands,

Relax your whole body,

Take a deep breath,

Just let it all out.

You can shake a little if you want to,

Just shake it out,

Breathe it out,

Just cleaning the whole slate,

The whole blackboard there of your inner universe.

Okay,

All right,

And now how would it be if you have this attitude of just going straight to that room of your inner universe and you take courage and you put the hand on the handle of the door and you open the door and you look inside.

Okay,

And there's this stuff and that stuff and it's dripping like that and there's the rat skeleton and this and that is going on.

Okay,

This is what we are dealing with.

Okay,

To the heck with the self-image,

This is who I am right now,

This is what I can do about this situation.

And now see if you can embody that attitude,

Like how would you place your body when you come with that attitude,

How would that feel if you would put a position to it,

If you put a pose,

A bodily sculpture,

If you will,

That expresses that inner state of going straight to what's up and then attending to it the best you can.

Even if it's like,

Okay,

I put the little cloth on the floor and I soak up this little puddle over here,

That's what I can do for now.

How would you embody that?

How would you sit?

How would you breathe?

Where would your arms,

Your hands be?

How's your spine directed right now?

How are your muscles feeling?

Observe especially your breathing,

Also maybe there are some inner movements in your inner universe,

Also in your tummy maybe.

How's the position of your head,

Of your chin,

How are your facial muscles doing?

And just take note,

Okay,

This is how it would feel like embodied to have that attitude,

Integrated attitude towards the things that I might want to change within my inner universe.

And just hold space for that for a moment.

And if you want to feel for a moment,

If you have one word that describes what's the best thing that you feel in this final position,

Where you are embodying the kind of attitude I described of going to that room and starting to fix things up,

What's like the one word that describes the best part of this inner state?

For you it's strength,

For me it's courage.

And see what is it that you feel.

And if you found one word you can just say it out loud for yourself,

Just to manifest it,

To speak it out loud,

To feel okay.

I feel actually courageous when I do this,

I feel actually strong,

Or whatever it is that you feel.

And I invite you to write down this one word that really resonated with you.

And when you feel complete you can gradually return,

Reintegrating into this moment.

But for sure write in your notebook how you felt to sort of mark it within your awareness.
