We will start by centering and those who know the consecration we will consecrate this exercise so a minute or two we just center and that's very good so I invite you we'll take a minute find something you feel guilty about a particular situation you feel guilty pretty substantial but something that we can handle now so we'll take a minute for that good and now we will relax so relax your legs your arms pelvic area we relax the abdomen the back the chest the neck and nape the face and head in this deep relaxation we will set an intention so I invite you to repeat after me I wish I want and I choose I intend to own and be responsible in a mature way for my mistakes we refer here to the mistakes we feel guilty about and to own my process of transformation all the way to its glorious finality and we feel this intention creating already the seeds of transformation of maturity we'll repeat the formula with slightly different words I wish I want and I choose I intend to own in a mature and responsible way my past mistakes and to own the entire process of transformation until its glorious finality I wish I want and I choose I intend to own in a responsible and a mature way my past mistakes and my wish and the process of transformation until its glorious finality we can feel charged and optimistic empowered to transform and now we will look at the four ingredients of the guilt entanglement so we will start by contemplating how society whoever it is that we have harmed is potentially hurting us back or can potentially have some kind of payback and the pressure that we have about the mistakes that we made and our wish to avoid that pressure if our boss is angry at us then we wish for him to stop being angry if he's threatening to fire us we wish for those threats to stop the same with our lover or brother or sister or colleagues so we look at that wish we own this wish of wanting to be forgiven wanting to be innocent in front of the people that accuse us and feel are there masks or hypocrisy are we trying to pretend that we are better that we are working on it just to get that we have great courage to look at our own hypocrisy in the eyes that our own mask is very natural and normal to have it almost everybody has it when it comes to guilt but we can now own it I just want to paste over and be off the hook to a degree to what degree in your case in my case let's look and next we will look at our genuine wish to transform okay this is how we want to be forgiven by those who accuse us but do we have a genuine wish to correct also is there a conscious inside of us is there a wish to grow a wish to acquire the qualities needed so not to repeat the mistake how does this wish feel own it embrace it now feel is there something in the way of this wish what's the nature of the blockage and you can see how to dissolve it as well are you lazy are we afraid of the challenge are we not having hope that this transformation is possible for us are we confused are we not sure what we need to do not sure what needs to happen are we unconscious and eventually we aim to become aware of unconsciousness of how we smokescreen all these mechanisms for ourselves in holding these four ingredients together we can describe and you can either what I would suggest is either you speak with a loud voice you can record yourself or write down what is the needed transformation to balance the mistakes of the past to end the guilt inside what is needed give yourself an answer either record yourself or write down now we will go in high resolution okay if this is what we need to attain this is the needed transformation we need to awaken courage punctuality forgiveness awareness kindness what did we miss when we did that mistake we lack the virtue right that's why we made the mistake honesty peace courage something we missed okay we have the destination and now the next stage we make a reasonable plan something that we can actually do and that will actually bring results to a degree gradually and we do this high resolution what we can do on a daily basis weekly basis one off base to correct that will take a few minutes take your time write down a clear plan the plan will be a reference maybe you don't follow it hundred percent or maybe sixty percent eighty percent fifty percent is already good is something is already moving on the right way okay make something reasonable something that you can do but that's pushing a little bit the limit that is worthy of your powers of your capacities but reasonable something that can be maintained and we'll take one minute more for the stage and conclude and we will then in the last one before last stage we will fill ourselves with hope of the transformation for a moment see ourselves walking this path getting better better and again better and having hope and faith in our capacity to grow to do it see yourself with your arms raised up in victory because you have defeated your inner weakness defeated your defects your vices and have awakened virtue to a reasonable degree but real steps and fill yourself with hope that is possible and even with hope for the highest and for the complete transformation have this kind of yay yeah feeling inside yes I can do it yes it's done already it's in my powers yes yes yes and we take a silent moment just to feel the essence of this hope and this faith in ourselves now in a passive way and we take a moment of gratitude
