Hello,
My name is Carla and this is just a quick centering meditation for anytime you need a break and just want to come back to your center.
Begin by finding a comfortable seat with your spine beautifully straight or if you prefer lying flat on your back.
And face your palms downwards into your lap just to bring you to an internal space.
Take your chin slightly so as to elongate the back of your neck and constrict the back of your throat ever so gently so as to create an audible sound,
An oceanic breath to help you to connect in with that divine flow of life that moves through you all of the time.
And we will begin to count the breath,
Breathing in for a count of four,
Holding for a count of two and breathing out for a count of four,
Holding for a count of two and continuing like this.
In two,
Three,
Four,
One,
Two,
Out,
Three,
Two,
One,
One,
Two,
In,
Two,
Three,
Four and continue at your own pace.
And never mind if you lose count,
You can just begin again,
Tapping into that rhythm,
That flow.
Trying to slow.
And letting go of the camp now,
Placing your hands over your heart.
Just giving thanks to yourself for taking a few moments,
A few moments to just centre,
To just connect in with what is important.
That you are alive and that you can be present within this moment and within your body.
That its love.
You
