Cord Cutting/Removal Of Unhealthy Attachments

This is a powerful energy medicine practice that aids in releasing unhealthy attachments. This can be used as an aid in forgiveness work, releasing old patterns and behaviors, or letting go of situations, people, or things. While I do tend to believe in the potency of energy medicine I do think it is also useful to see this from a psychological paradigm. If you take the time to imagine letting go of the things that you want to release your mind will respond.

If you do so from a relaxed state of mind it seeps into your subconscious. Here we work with Higher Dimensional Light Beings - The Blue Team. This session is inspired by the teachings of my mentor Psychic Emma of Happy Light.

Hello divine souls,

This session allows you to release the energetic cords that bind you to others and drain your energy.

Here we are working with the potency and the power of higher dimensional light beings whom I refer to as the blue team.

These cords may pertain to relationships with people or even places and events,

Addictions or anything else.

Please do not listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Please be in a safe and quiet environment.

You may enter this session with a particular intention or not and you may find that something else entirely comes through even if you have a specific intention.

Just allow yourself to be open and allow the magic to happen.

This session may also be repeated multiple times and it can provide different results each time it is practiced.

The blue team mostly works with the spectrum of blue light although there is the full spectrum of light present including gold and silver.

Blue is particularly protective and elevating,

It is cleansing and clearing and it vibrates in resonance with your throat,

Your third eye and your crown.

The blue team work only with pure loving energy and you may call in your own teams in spirit to assist.

This cord cutting can be used to help you to let go of past relationships,

It can be used as an aid in forgiveness or it can be used to release unhealthy attachments within relationships that you even wish to maintain.

A cord cutting in this case is not a severing,

It is not violent,

It is done with utmost love.

All cords that should remain in alignment with the highest of good shall always remain,

Only that which your soul is ready to release can be released.

So let us begin by creating a space,

Maybe you will light some incense or a candle and maybe you will choose your space in the garden,

Under a tree or somewhere quiet and sacred within your home.

Maybe you will place some crystals around you and put your headphones on.

Whatever you do,

Take some actions now to ensure that you feel safe and you have opened a sacred space.

Sit down with your spine straight or lie down flat upon your back,

Whatever is most aligned for you today and begin to tap into the divine flow of your breath.

Allow the breath to move through you,

Allow it to deepen and slow.

Become aware of the rise and the fall of your stomach.

Allow that breath to anchor you into your body,

Into this moment,

Into presence,

Here where all of your power resides.

See if you can become aware of the pulsating of your heartbeat.

Maybe you can even feel the flow of blood moving through your body.

Stay here with your breath as I begin to call in,

Divine blue team,

I call you in to surround all of those who tap into this session now.

Surround them with your protective blue flames and of course if it resonates for you,

You may imagine these blue flames creating this circle of safety around you.

We acknowledge the presence of the divine,

The divine which is everywhere.

Whether you call this god or goddess,

Your higher self,

Source energy,

The universe,

It matters not.

Asking for the presence of the highest self,

The highest aspects of this being,

The highest aspects of this person to oversee and to guide this process in alignment with the health of the soul,

In alignment with the highest good,

In alignment with love,

Vibration and asking for the presence of this individual's teams in spirit,

Those who work in alignment with love,

Vibration and with the highest of intentions and asking here for the aid of the ancestors,

Those of love and benevolence and those in agreement with the health and the healing of this body and this bloodline.

Allow yourself to feel the warmth of the arrival of these powerful beings.

Allow yourself to feel the love that you are held within and if you have a specific intention,

Relationship or person that you are working with,

You may bring that to mind now.

We ask that you remove all of the cords that are no longer serving the highest good and the health and the healing of this soul.

We ask you to remove them fully and to fill any of the voids left behind with pure healing light.

Allow yourself to imagine those cords being removed with love and any voids being filled as we bring intention of gratitude.
