My name is Carla and this is a guided meditation for when you are feeling triggered and it's all bubbling to the surface and you don't know what to do.
Settle down brave soul,
Find a comfortable seat or lie down flat on your back.
Or if you feel the need for movement then allow your body to move intuitively as you allow and listen to the words and tap into your breath and bring yourself right into presence with here,
With where you are when it all feels too much and the emotions of anger and sadness swell up.
Allow,
Breathe,
Accept this is where you are and there is no denying what is right now.
You are allowed to honour how you feel,
Sit with it,
Breathe slowly it's okay to be here,
This is a part of your unfolding.
This situation has somewhere within it a blessing and you don't need to see the blessing right now in order to know that it shall reveal itself in due time.
Just breathe in this present moment and sit with the current feeling.
Breathe deeply,
See if you can identify where this emotion is sitting in your physical body.
Be in your body.
Feel what you feel.
Feel what you feel.
Breathe,
Don't run away,
Just be with it.
No need to hide from yourself.
There is a message here.
Breathe.
Locate the emotion.

You know from all of your experiences that nothing remains,
It all transforms.
This too will shift.
As sure as you will take another breath,
This too will shift.
This presence right now,
This is where your power lies.
Maybe this presence creates tears or shaking.
Allow it,
Let it flow from you,

Shift your body if you need to,
Listen to the feeling.
Hear its message.
Be with it.
Your body is the channel through which this flows.
You are the presence that observes the emotion.
You are not the emotion,
You see it.

Allow.

Your presence is the powerful transmuter.
Your allowance is the powerful mover.
It moves.
Be here now.
You will never be here again.
Bring your presence.

You are the power.
You are the allower.
