Find a comfortable position preferably lying flat on your back.
You have had so much on your mind but now it is time to surrender those worries for a future you.
To deal with I want you to know that it is okay to be where you are.

And if you don't sleep it is also okay.
The best that you can do right now is to allow for restful time.
Meditation and bodily relaxation is just as good as sleep and often allows sleep to follow anyway.
And if you don't sleep before the end of this recording then just continue meditating and focusing upon your breath.
Find a comfortable reclined position and begin to breathe in slowly and fully and as you breathe in squeeze your feet and as you breathe out release.
