Just taking a moment to get comfortable and you can close your eyes or lower your gaze and just do what feels good and safe for you today.

And just start to take some breaths into your lower belly.

Letting go on the exhale.

Breathing.

And allowing your body to begin to let go,

To begin to soften a little bit more with every single breath.

Releasing.

Inviting in a little more softening,

A little more spaciousness.

And just allowing yourself to be held from beneath you.

Allowing yourself to let go just a little bit more.

And just noticing if there are any areas of tightness anywhere you might be holding on.

Inviting you to breathe into them or maybe move,

Stretch.

And just to allow yourself to let go a little bit more.

As you arrive into your body in this moment.

And now inviting you to bring your awareness to your heart space.

You might like to place one or both of your hands there.

And just beginning to notice this part of your body.

Beginning to breathe into it.

And just feel it without expectation.

And with every breath inviting in a little more softness.

And just beginning to notice your heart space.

And as you do,

Inviting you to bring your awareness even deeper.

And so that you begin to feel your heart,

To notice your heart.

Again without expectation or judgment.

And just spending a moment breathing into your heart.

Just being present with your heart.

And now from above you.

Beginning to feel a warm golden light coming down.

And just beginning to feel that light surround your body.

And also feeling it come up from beneath you from within the earth.

Warm golden light surrounding your entire body from above and below.

Beginning to feel it cocoon you.

Caressing your skin.

Inviting your body to soften into it.

To be held by it.

And then beginning to breathe it inside your body.

Feeling it pass through the skin.

Into your blood,

Your bones.

Into every single cell.

Allowing your body to be softened by it.

To be held by it.

To be filled up by it.

And feeling it make its way to your heart.

Really beginning to breathe in this soft golden light into your heart.

Allowing your heart to be filled up by it.

To be supported by it.

To be nourished by it.

So just spending a moment deeply breathing it in.

Deeply receiving it.

Allowing it to soften any areas of tightness.

Allowing it to fill you up.

So knowing that you can stay here as long as you want.

Allowing your heart to be filled up,

To be supported.

To remind you of your truth.

And whenever you feel ready.

You can gently bring yourself back into your body in the physical.

Knowing you're held from above and below.

And when you feel ready you can open your eyes and come back.

Another beautiful shorter meditation. The audio does go quieter at points but your voice is still soothing and this is a lovely track just the same. Thank you 🙏🏽
