This regression visualization will support you in getting to the root of something that is coming up in your life. It might be a recurring pattern or issue, a trigger, a block, or anything that you want to release, that might be rising in your life. In the visualization we go into your body where you feel the 'issue', and then back into childhood and past life to acknowledge and hold it, so that you can move forward with a greater understanding, which can lead to it releasing (or at least easing) from your life. And so I just invite you to get comfortable You can close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Whatever feels better to you And just start to take some deep breaths into your lower belly Letting go on the exhale and just starting to draw your attention inward away from the external world Letting go of everything that's been happening in your day so far Knowing you can come back to it later And just starting to breathe I'm feeling the ground beneath you with every breath Allowing your body to soften into it Just a little bit more I'm feeling your heart beating in your chest Feeling your breath move inside your lungs inviting your hips to soften and And relax Breathing into your back Letting go on the exhale Letting your shoulders drop And softening the muscles in your face Letting your jaw drop softening your brow I'm really allowing your body to release and be heavy breathing and arriving into this present moment Allowing your body to breathe itself and now from up above Imagine a column of warm golden light coming down Just feel that warm golden light coming down into the crown of your head down past your third eye into your throat softening and soothing Feeling it in your shoulders and your heart space Really breathing in this soft golden light Allowing it to bring you deeper inside yourself Feeling it coming down into your solar plexus your sacral chakra And down into your root Filling you up and then feeling that light going down into your hips down your legs And all the way down to your feet Really breathing in this golden light into any areas of tightness Allowing it to soothe and soften Taking you deeper within and from this place I Invite you to bring in the energy of the thing that was rising the trigger the issue Whatever it might be Starting to bring your attention to it And beginning to notice how your body responds And so really bringing your awareness to it allowing it to be felt in your body and inviting it to come in and Get bigger and bigger as you really connect with it And so just bringing your attention more closely Where do you feel it in your body?

What shape is it?

What size is it?

Does it have a color?

Just keep breathing into it as you allow it to be there with you Simply acknowledging it Feeling it Noticing it in your body And now I invite you to make yourself really small Imagine yourself Shrinking down so you can go inside your body next to this thing And so just arriving into your body Letting it come into your awareness Starting to notice how it feels to be inside With this feeling this emotion this thing that was rising Noticing what it feels like from this perspective Now we're just going to ask a few questions Being open to whatever it wants to share and if it doesn't want to share that's also fine Does this part have anything it would like to share with you right now And what age is it?

And what does it need to support it?

So just receiving its guidance Thanking it for sharing We're just going to take a journey back now to a younger version of you who may also have felt this feeling so just connecting to the energy of this feeling again and Inviting it to travel back down your timeline in this lifetime Feeling that energy going back down through the ages Back to a time perhaps in childhood,

Maybe another time When you also felt this way so allowing the energy to guide you and Trusting wherever it takes you Finding yourself there now And so just arriving This time this younger version of you And just beginning to let it come into your awareness How old are you?

And what's happening?

Can we ask this younger version of you they'd be happy to share how they're feeling?

And is there anything else they'd like to share with you And what does this younger version of you need to feel safe loved supported and held Inviting them to share with you and now Inviting you to give them what they need Maybe it's love holding support anything at all Just imagine yourself giving it to that younger version of you Really supporting them through the feeling that they were experiencing at that time I'm just taking as long as you need to do this and Does this younger version of you need anything else?

And now just thanking them for sharing And if it feels good Let them know that you were there for them and that they can connect with you whenever they need Because now we're going to journey on to another lifetime to connect with a time when these feelings may have first arisen and So saying goodbye to this younger version of you leaving them in love We're going to travel back in time and If at any time you feel uncomfortable or anxious with any memory You can always float above it and watch it from above Or if you need to you can bring yourself back into your body but I invite you to stay with it and so Imagine now that you're walking down a staircase With each step down and going deeper and deeper Deepening your level taking you further down down down and at the bottom of the staircase is a corridor filled with doorways and One of those doors is calling you towards it You feel drawn to it Because behind it there is something for you It's a doorway into a life or an experience That has something to show you Something that connects with what you are experiencing right now And there's a glowing light behind that door drawing you towards it So you walk towards it Ready to join the scene or the person on the other side You're at the door now Begins to open Pulling you into the scene beyond you are there Arriving into the scene and just starting to let it come into your awareness And know that what you experience might not be visual you may just sense it Hear it or simply know it and that is always perfect as well If you find yourself in a body Look down at your feet Are you wearing shoes?

Can you see your clothes your skin?

I'm just noticing any details What do your hands look like and then just beginning to notice your surroundings Where are you?

What's around you?

Do you see anything?

Taking a moment to really let it come into your awareness And do you get a sense of what's happening and why you might be here?

And if it feels like there's more for you to learn right here you can stay here and let the space guide you Or you can also move forwards and backwards in time to the next significant moment Where there might be something to learn something that will support you in some way You can allow yourself to travel wherever you need to be So allowing the space to guide you or allowing yourself to travel in time to where there is something for you Letting yourself be there fully experiencing it and now we're going to move to the very last day of that life or the end of that experience and Just find out what happened to you with no pain and no discomfort So just inviting you to go to the end of that experience or the end of that lifetime right now What is happening to you?

Are there any other people there and Now I invite you to float above that scene feeling free and light And maybe you can look down on the scene or the person you've just left and you can review it Well,

What did you learn from that experience?

What were the lessons?

How do these lessons connect to you now in the present time in your present body?

And is there anything else you need to take from that experience?

And what do you need to know that will support you now in this lifetime and Are there any last messages insights or guidance that you need to know?

And so before we draw this experience to a close Imagine a soft bubble of pink love beginning to hold that entire experience Allowing it to soften and just be held in love And so just taking a moment to breathe in this loving light Holding that experience and the energy of love Which can then travel down your timeline?

And so now we're going to draw this experience for close knowing you can come back if you need to for any reason at any time Honoring you for journeying and going there And so just beginning to bring yourself back into your body in this time and space Beginning to feel the temperature of the air on your skin your skin against the surfaces And starting to bring in some gentle movement and some stretching really feeling yourself in your physical body and Taking as long as you need And when you feel ready You can gently open your eyes And bring yourself back into this space And you may like to journal on any insights that came through for you And please remember to take it gentle and easy with yourself as things can still arise after regression work Drink some water move your body Take a nap give your body what it needs And if anything does come up that you need support with please do reach out to someone you trust
