A visualization to connect to Mother Earth.
For this visualization,
I recommend lying with your back flat on the ground in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
You can close your eyes if that feels good to you.
So getting comfortable,
Moving around a bit,
Just allowing yourself to settle.
And then begin to bring breath into your body,
Breathing into your lower belly,
Allowing it to soften.
Feeling your shoulders relax,
Melting backwards onto the earth.
Softening your hips,
Allowing them to melt into the earth.
Feeling your legs supported,
Feeling your back held,
Relaxing your head.
Surrendering and letting go.
Allowing yourself to be supported,
To be fully in contact with Mother Earth.
Feeling yourself held,
Grounded and supported.
And just noticing where your skin touches the surface and as you breathe into your body.
On the exhale,
Just allow yourself to surrender and let go onto the earth a little bit more.
Just feeling that connection.
And relaxing,
Allowing yourself to be held.
And as you breathe,
Letting go gently,
Becoming present in your body,
Bringing breath into any parts that might be sore,
Softening,
Letting go.
Knowing that this is your time to be held and supported,
To feel the connection that we all have with Mother Earth.
And now from the back of your body,
Imagine roots growing down into the earth,
Anchoring you,
Grounding you.
Imagine these roots going down from your back,
Your hips,
Backs of your legs,
Your head,
Your shoulders.
Feel them making their way down into the luscious,
Nutritious earth beneath.
Taking down any static energy,
Anything you no longer need,
Taking it down into the earth to be alchemized and transmuted.
Just allow that excess energy to go down,
Cleansing you,
Clearing you,
Mother Earth supporting you.
And as that happens,
Your roots ground you into the earth,
Connecting you,
Holding you,
Nourishing you.
Just keep breathing,
Releasing through your roots for as long as you need.
Now from your heart,
Imagine the energy there,
Just feel it for your heart energy.
And then from your heart,
Imagine that energy going down into the earth,
Down past all the layers,
Rocks,
Crystals,
Underground rivers,
Down,
Down right to the heart of Mother Earth.
And at the heart,
Imagine a giant glowing crystal of copper earth energy,
Beautiful copper healing,
Nourishing,
Grounding and supported energy.
Your heart energy combines with this energy and then comes back up through all the layers,
Back up,
Back up into your heart.
And just feel your heart connecting with the heart of Mother Earth.
And just breathing in all of that copper energy,
Feel it filling your heart up with every breath,
Filling up till it overflows,
Filling the space around your heart.
And just keep breathing and receiving,
Filling up your entire body,
Breathing,
Filling up until it overflows out into your energy field.
So you are so filled up with this supportive,
Loving,
Nurturing,
Nourishing Mother Earth energy.
And just breathe and be here in this space,
Allowing yourself to be supported.
And as your heart is connected to the heart of Mother Earth,
Just feel that connection.
And now tuning into your heart space,
Connected to Mother Earth,
Ask,
What do I need to know right now?
And just allow yourself to receive the answer,
Trusting whatever comes up.
And if nothing does,
That's fine too.

Go ahead and ask your heart right now.
And allowing whatever wants to come for you.
And now breathing into your heart,
Knowing that you're always connected to Mother Earth.
She is always here to support you,
Hold you and guide you.
You just have to come back,
Ask and listen.
Breathing in all that loving,
Supportive energy one more time.
Surrendering to its magic,
Its greatness,
Its truth,
Which is who you are.
And then very slowly begin to become present in your body in this time,
Bringing some gentle movement.

Very slowly when you're ready,
You can begin to bring your awareness back into the space you're in.
Very gently bringing yourself back into the room,
