I invite you to get comfortable.
You can close your eyes or lower your gaze and just start to take some breaths into your body.
Letting go on the exhale and just beginning to arrive into your body.
Letting go of everything that's happened in your day so far and putting it to one side knowing you can come back to it later and just breathing into your body noticing where there are any areas of tension,
Any tightness,
Anywhere that you might be holding on and just allowing the breath to come into these spaces softening,
Nourishing,
Relaxing and just letting go that little bit more and feeling the support beneath you allowing your body to melt into it to be held to be supported just taking this time for yourself breathing into your body arriving into the wisdom of your body and now from up above imagine a warm golden light coming down and just feel that warm light coming into the crown of your head down past your third eye softening,
Soothing,
Clearing as it goes and golden light coming into your throat and connecting into your heart space into your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your root and just feel it coming down your legs down into your feet and just allow your body to absorb that golden light and feeling it bringing you even deeper into your body as it softens,
Soothes,
Nourishes and bringing you even deeper into this moment and now I just invite you to imagine that you're sitting in a beautiful garden the grass is soft and lush beneath you there are colorful flowers,
Plants,
Trees,
Maybe some insects,
Birds,
Butterflies around you just begin to let yourself absorb these surroundings feeling them,
Noticing them,
However they come to you today is always fine feeling yourself in this garden,
This beautiful garden of magic,
Creation,
Joy,
Color and as you sit in this garden we're just going to tune into your intuition,
Your wise inner self and ask a few questions,
Being totally open to whatever wants to come through for you today and if nothing does that's also fine and so just asking what does wealth feel like to you what does a wealthy life look like to you and is there anything that you can do today,
Any action you can take that will support you in creating a wealthy life on your terms and just receiving this guidance,
Sitting with it for a moment,
Perhaps asking if there's anything else you need to know today or just allowing yourself to absorb it and now gently beginning to leave this space,
Knowing you can come back and connect at any time and so slowly beginning to leave the garden,
Beginning to feel yourself back in your body,
Noticing the temperature of the air on your skin and feeling where your skin touches the surfaces and becoming aware of the room around you and just starting to bring in some gentle stretching,
Some movement,
Bringing yourself back into your physical body and when you're ready you can gently and slowly open your eyes and come back into this space
