And so just inviting you to get comfortable,
Making sure you're really supported,
Really held and that you feel safe to either close your eyes or lower your gaze.
And just start to take some deep breaths into your lower belly,
Letting go on the exhale.
With every breath,
Allowing your body to soften and to let go,
Releasing into the support beneath you and allowing yourself to be held from below.
Just noticing if there are any areas of tightness,
Anywhere that you might be holding on.
And as you notice these parts,
Just allowing the breath to come into them and letting go,
Releasing.
Just that little bit more on the exhale.
Noticing your shoulders and your back,
Your hips and your upper legs,
Allowing your legs to be heavy.
Maybe relaxing your arms and your hands and your fingers.
Just noticing your jaw and your brow and the muscles in your face and just allowing them to soften with every breath.
Deeply breathing and arriving into your body.
And now we're going to take a journey to support you to embody your creative power,
A power within that maybe has got dulled or that you've forgotten.
A power that connects you to all life.
A power that is yours to create from and with.
And so,
As we begin,
You find yourself at the top of a beautiful staircase,
Slowly beginning to walk down those stairs with every step down going deeper and deeper.
And then at the end,
In front of you,
You begin to see a beautiful garden.
And so just letting it come into your awareness,
Beginning to notice the flowers,
The plants,
The colors,
The noises,
However it appears to you is always perfect.
You just begin to walk further into that garden.
There's soft,
Luscious,
Green grass beneath your feet and you find a spot on the earth to lie down.
Making yourself comfortable.
The fire from the sun beating down,
Not too hot,
But warming right to the bone.
You also notice a stream running by,
The energy of water that fills the air.
There's also a soft breeze rustling through the leaves in the trees.
You feel this calm,
Cooling energy of air also surrounding you.
And just allowing yourself to deeply feel these four elements holding you.
Earth,
Air,
Water and fire.
Breathing them in as you lie in this beautiful garden.
And now,
Held in this space,
You're going to journey back in time,
Within,
To the time when you were just born.
To the time when you were a baby,
When there were no stories,
No limiting beliefs,
No conditioning,
No fears.
Just pure potential where anything is possible.
This time,
Right back when you were just born.
So going within,
Just inviting you to connect to this time.
Your body knows it,
Your soul knows it.
Letting yourself feel that time,
Remembering that time.
And as you connect to this experience,
You begin to feel a cocoon of golden light around you.
This energy,
This light,
Connects you to the cosmos and also to the heart of Mother Earth,
Of Gaia.
And you might just feel it around you,
In the knowing that you are so held and so supported by the cosmos and by Gaia.
You may also notice a cord connecting into the cosmos and to the heart of Earth.
And so just breathing this in,
From this space of limitless possibility.
This space when you are connected to pure creative potential and possibility.
Knowing that it is yours,
Knowing that you are here to create in your unique way.
Letting yourself breathe it in to every single cell,
Remembering this truth.
And now,
Carrying this energy,
This power with you.
Inviting you to come back into the garden.
Amidst the elements of earth,
Air,
Water and fire.
Connected to spirit as well.
Start to breathe this into your body.
Feeling these energies combined.
And if it feels good to you,
You can invite them to come down through your crown at the top of your head.
Swirling down past your third eye.
Connecting there,
Into your throat chakra.
And then moving into your heart space.
Swirling down into your solar plexus.
And then deeply connecting into your sacral chakra,
Your creative centre.
And then down into your root chakra.
And then grounding down into your earth star chakra.
Really rooted and held here on earth.
And just breathing this in.
Letting it fully absorb.
Letting your body receive it and remember it.
Holding it here.
And as you connect to this creative energy infused in your chakras.
We're just going to ask a few questions.
Being open to whatever wants to come through for you today.
And if nothing does,
That's also fine.
What will support you to embody your creative power more?
What are you being called to create at this time?
And is there anything else you need to hear,
Receive or know right now?
And so just breathing all of this in.
Receiving your guidance.
And now feeling all of that energy,
That pure creative energy.
In your body.
And just begin to really breathe into it.
With every breath,
Feeling it infused.
Feeling it expanding.
Allowing it to fill your body.
Allowing it to fill your energy fields around your body.
Allowing yourself to bathe in it.
With every breath,
Imagining it getting fuller.
And expanding.
And if it feels good to you,
You can keep breathing it out.
Allowing it to expand further and wider.
Into the galaxies,
Into the cosmos.
To the farthest reaches of the universe.
Where it connects there with pure creative potential.
Breathing this in,
Breathing this connection.
And holding it.
And then slowly beginning to draw that energy back in.
Back into your chakras,
In your body.
Feeling them glowing with this pure creative power.
And just spending a moment more really breathing this in.
Really holding this,
Feeling it,
Embodying it.
And then slowly beginning to draw the energy down.
Down through your body,
Down your legs.
And down into your feet.
And into the earth beneath you.
And just imagining it rooting and grounding.
Creating this foundation from which you are embodying your creative power.
And now we're slowly going to draw this experience to a close.
Knowing you are connected to your creative power.
And you can come back here at any time.
And so slowly getting up and beginning to leave the garden.
And finding yourself back at the staircase.
And you can almost float up it.
Back up into your body in this time and space.
And so just feeling yourself arriving back in your body.
And becoming aware of the room around you.
And the temperature of the air on your skin.
And just beginning to bring in some gentle movement and some stretching.
And just taking as long as you need.
And then when you're ready you can very gently open your eyes.
And bring yourself back into this space.
