This is a springtime manifestation meditation.
This meditation is meant to help you release yourself,
Free yourself from all the things that do not serve you.
It is also meant to help allow you to grow,
To manifest,
And make space for the things that do.
An internal spring cleaning for your dreams,
Your goals,
And everything that serves you.
We will begin this meditation by listening to the 12 syllable mantra.
This mantra is meant to help free you.
So with that,
Ground down to your comfortable seated position or begin to lie on down whatever you are most comfortable with.
Go ahead,
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And sigh out,
Let go.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
Last big deep breath into the body.
And exhale,
Let go.
Let us begin to create space for our goals,
Our visions.
And let us begin to release what no longer serves us,
What's taking up space when there is room for more happiness.
Take a nice big deep breath in.
Exhale.
Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Breathe in.
Sigh out.
Begin to envision,
To dream,
To see yourself or think of yourself at your absolute happiest.
Begin to tune on into that feeling,
Thinking of your dreams,
Your goals,
All you wish to achieve within this season of spring and this season of your life.
Let the feeling of this happiness fill you from the toes to the knees to the hips,
All the way up past the belly as you breathe in,
Filling up the heart space,
The chest from shoulders to fingertips,
All the way past the neck and face to the crown of your head.
Fill up with this happiness and let go,
Creating space for more of it.
Inviting more of this happiness in.
There's no room to hang on to fear.
There's no room to hang on to doubt.
There's no room to hang on to judgment of yourself.
There's only room for happiness.
Begin to imagine what you want to let go of,
What you want to release yourself from,
To liberate yourself from.
Om Namo Bhagavate is the mantra of liberation,
The mantra of freedom.
How do you wish to free yourself?
Begin to tune on into that energy of freedom and happiness,
Recognizing that that is your north star pointing you towards your goals,
Pointing you towards your vision.
Let yourself bloom within this feeling.
I honor my dreams and visions.
I honor my dreams and visions.
I honor my dreams and visions.
I live for myself and no one else.
I live for myself and no one else.
I release the pain of the past.
I release the pain of the past.
I free myself from fear of the unknown.
I free myself from fear of the unknown.
My dreams are my reality.
My dreams are my reality.
I am worthy of abundance in all forms.
I am worthy of abundance in all forms.
There is so much room for happiness.
There is so much room for happiness.
Begin to breathe into the positive vibrations you may be receiving from these mantras.
You may be envisioning or feeling within yourself as you let go.
Begin to set an intention for yourself to release and shed what no longer serves you as you enter this new season and plant seeds for growth,
For evolution,
And for liberation.
Allow yourself to believe there is room for happiness and let yourself go.
And so it is,
My friend,
And so it is,
And so it will be.
Keep that vision in mind.
And when you are ready,
You can float your eyes open and begin to start living your intention.
Good luck,
My friend,
And namaste.
