Restorative Meditation From Energy Vampires

"Energy Vampires" are people, situations, media, and things that seem to emotionally, physically, and psychologically drain us after an interaction. This meditation is meant to help one restore that energy, manifest healthy psychological and spiritual boundaries, and help ground and release unhealthy energy. Through affirmations and guided visualization, this mediation serves to remind us of the power we have when we take time to replenish from the things that sometimes take too much from us.
