My name is Lisa and welcome to your year ahead internal vision board meditation.
This meditation can be done with or without a vision board.
So with that,
Let's go ahead and find a comfortable seated position or go ahead and lie on down.
Taking a nice big,
Deep inhale into your body,
Breathing on in for 4,

1,
Exhale,
Sighing out,
Letting go,
Inhale,
Breathing in for 4,
3,
2,
1,
Exhale,
Letting go.
Nice big,
Deep inhale,
4,
3,
2,
1,
Really breathe on in and exhale,
Letting go,
Sighing out.
Allow yourself to let go of anything that does not serve you as you clean the slate with your breath,
Focusing in on the present moment with every inhale and exhale,
You release deeper and deeper into a vision for yourself,
And I invite you to envision yourself at your absolute happiest,
At your absolute most grounded and focused self,
Your freest self,
Your most loving self,
And as you are here,
I invite you to really focus on the energy of any of these areas of your life that are calling to you to grow in,
To expand in,
To invite more aligned energy into your relationships,
Your health,
Your fun and recreation,
Your environment,
Community,
Your personal growth,
Career,
Finances,
And which of these areas are really calling for you to come into alignment,
To evolve in,
To grow,
Feel what resonates within your body,
Within your breath,
What is in alignment with your truth of your spirit and who you are becoming,
Let this energy call to you,
And breathe into it,
And from this vision,
I invite you to set an intention for your day,
Your week,
Your year,
Feel free to journal out your experience and your intention,
Or simply keep it within the heart and in the mind,
And so it is,
And so it shall be my friend,
As the energy resides within you,
It already exists around you,
