This is a mood boosting meditation.
This meditation is meant to center you and ground you down into a more positive mood.
It's meant to relieve you from any stressors,
Any sort of negative narratives that you may be attached to or maybe playing on repeat within your own mind.
So let's go ahead and come to your comfortable seated position or come to lie on down.
Take a moment to tune on in to how you are feeling,
What's happening within your mind,
Within your physical body.
And take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale.
Last big deep breath into the body.
And exhale.
And to make fists with your hands and if that may be too much or something that doesn't call to you,
Just imagine a flower or a rose bud sealed.
Take a nice big deep inhale into your fists or into the image within the mind.
And exhale,
Release,
Unfold the hands,
Unfold the petals of the flower.
Inhaling,
Feeling the fists close,
Feeling the petals start to close.
Exhale,
Feel everything start to open.
And I will lead you into the So Hum mantra,
Which is meant to help you release and let go of anything that you may be holding on to.
Inhale So.

Begin to visualize a place that makes you feel truly grounded,
Truly centered,
A place that allows you to simply just be free.
Visualize yourself in this space releasing all that does not serve you.
And begin to think of one thing right now that you are truly grateful for.
Recognizing that you are blessed.
Take a moment and allow yourself to be here within this blessed space,
Within your gratitude,
Within releasing all and anything that does not serve you.

And from this beautiful space of grounding into your blessings,
Into all that you have,
Go ahead and set an intention for yourself.
May you move from this space that is your intention.
May you release all that does not serve you and tune on into all that you do have,
All of your blessings.
