Welcome to this guided meditation called relaxing for well-being.
Let's begin please.
Get very comfortable.
We are going to set the intention to bring in certain therapeutic colors and it to float down your body,
Your energy system.
So please begin to relax into your breath and close your eyes,
Creating a cleansing space.
Just imagine the room you are in changes to white.
Walls,
Ceiling and what is supporting you is changing into white.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Allow your eyes inside to look up for a moment.
And then at the count of three,
A color will position ready to float slowly from the top all the way down.

3.
So the color is diamond white.
Super healing cleansing.
Connected at the top of the crown,
The hair now.
Through the head and hovers around the eyes.
Feel its healing and cleansing powers around the eyes.
Filling up with diamond white.
And through the nasal and the mouth.
Into the neck.
Very smoothly and slowly moving down.
You can breathe into this with a deep breath.
Then meeting the shoulders.
Going down the elbows and to the hands.
Plus all the back feeling that diamond light moving through it.
The chest and ribcage and eventually the hips.
Healing and cleansing all the way down.
Into the bum area.
Moving down to the legs now.
And floating rock solid into the knees.
Pausing at the knees with diamond light.
Then continues into lower legs.
And making its way to both the feet.
Breathe out at the feet and watch diamond white light enter your energy roots.
The energy roots beneath the physical feet.
Grounding you into earth.
With healing and cleansing diamond white light.
Allow your eyes to look up for a moment.
And at the count of three another colour.
Then connect to the amazing paradise colour of ocean turquoise.
Connecting at the top of the crown the hairline.
May it take any stress away with it.
Washed away with turquoise waves.
Passing through the head.
And hovers around the eyes.
Feel the happiness of turquoise.
Moving and flowing down to the nose.
Swallows ocean turquoise.
Into the neck.
Very smoothly and slowly moving down.
You can breathe into this ocean turquoise breath.
Then meeting the shoulders and going down the elbows.
Going down to the hands.
Plus all the back.
Feeling that paradise ocean turquoise.
Moving through the back.
And the chest and the ribcage.
Like waves of turquoise water.
And eventually the hips.
Into the bum area.
Moving into the top of the legs now.
And rock solid down into the knees.
Pausing at the knees ocean turquoise.
Continuing into the lower legs.
And making its way to the feet.
Breathing out at the feet.
And watch ocean turquoise dissolve into the ground.
Taking any stress with it.
And finally for sheer fun.
A animal colour of the dazzling tiger.
Tigers are known for their stripes and white underbelly.
The colouration that helps camouflage them in the forest and grassland.
The golden stripes mimic sunlight filtering through the foliage.
Let's enjoy connecting to the happy strength of a golden tiger.
A rare variation of light golden and soft brown stripes.
And for a fun tonic.
Tigers soft puffing and fluttering sound.
Known as chuffing.
While breathing when they are happy.
Relaxed or greeting others.
The sound of the tiger is described as a huff noise.
Produced through the nostrils.
To communicate trust and friendly intentions.
So please allow your breathing throughout to be nasal breathing.
With little puffs of air of in a way happiness.
And feel now also those light golden with soft brown stripes to enter the crown,

Smooth whiteness flowing through the chest,
The ribcage,
The muscles and belly.

Breathing through the nose with puffs of air.
Think of your arms and legs with light golden and warm brown stripes rippling down fully.
Slowly the arms and legs,
All four limbs rest in golden and soft brown stripes.
Then it's all the way down heading to the feet now.
Breathe into the feet with light golden and warm brown stripes.
Right into the end of each toe.
Open slowly your toes into it all.
Breathing into the power of a golden tiger.
Now please go and rest deep in a secluded place.
Have two minutes now please.
Breathe into the body.
Breathing into your well-being through relaxation.
Feeling fully replenished.
Getting ready to awake to the count of seven.
