Let the legs get that final stretch,
Opening the body into a deep comfort.
Remember your bed is here to fully support your body and mind.
We can stare a few seconds as we accept this day is completed this cause.
Closing now one eye that is ready for its own recharge and closing the next eye as we begin to bond to bedtime and sleep time.
Let's trigger relaxation by a muscle tensing and then a release.
So please tighten now the hands and arms and shoulders into a solid grip.
A big toxic release of the working muscles.
Then release it fully,
Yarn if you wish.
Relaxing the face and any expressions still here and any tension and let the face go tight anyway you wish just tight and then release and relax the face muscles.
Think about your eye area and enter into a softer feel.
Let the eyes inside go round and round,
Round.
Noting today's work is done.
Everything that has happened has stopped for this day.
Let the eyes become more centered,
Focusing on a nurturing,
Peaceful sleep.
