Major chakras, Smaller chakras, Layers of our very own aura bubble. Let's breathe super special and manifest seven coloured balloons that are totally connected to you. Balloons are a great symbol of life's celebrations. Focusing now, By first an invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Let one hand scoop it up, Bringing it to the mouth whilst other hand stays on the tummy. Smile at this balloon before you give your loving life breath into it and make it a red balloon. So three long continuous breaths into it now. Let the life breath of your red balloon begin to tie itself to you. The next invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Scoop it up, Bringing to the mouth. Other hand resting on the tummy. Smile before you give your loving breath into it and make a orange balloon. So three long continuous breaths into it. Let this life breath of your orange balloon, Full of love, Begin to tie itself to you. The next invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Bring it to your mouth, Smiling first. Even your smile has power. In fact, Smiles makes us more productive and keeps a healthy heart too. And make a yellow balloon. So three deep continuous breaths into it. Let this life breath of your yellow balloon, Full of love, Begin to tie itself to you. Another invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Bring to the mouth, Smile at this balloon. Focus, Making a green balloon. So three continuous breaths now into it. Let this life breath of your green balloon begin to tie itself to you. Another invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Smile that positivity. Focus, Making a light blue balloon. So three continuous long breaths into it. Let this life breath of your light blue balloon begin to tie itself to you. And another invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Focus, Making it deep blue. So three continuous long breaths into it now. Let this life breath of your deep blue balloon begin to tie itself to you. Lastly, One more invisible balloon drops on your tummy. Focus, Making a purple balloon. Hands lightly touching the mouth. So three continuous breaths into it. And let this life breath of your purple balloon begin to tie itself to you. And relax and trust. Trust these coloured balloons that just want to lift you with love. Your love. Let them celebrate by pulling you up to enter lightness. Let these balloons do what they do best and simply live in the air. Drifting sky high towards a platform of endless white clouds in a endless blue sky. Have half a minute travelling of now. Feel some peace here. Up and on the top of huge endless white clouds. Wonderful textures of fluffy brilliant white clouds. But feel you are a sandwich between the earth plane and the great universe.
