Welcome to this guided meditation called Change Situations Through the Language We Speak.
A quick summary first.
We may not be aware at first of our repetitive language,
Any problem,
Any obstacle,
Any complaints and our connection to it.
For example,
If we talk about something precise,
Week in,
Week out,
We have created without realising a pattern,
Simply because of the habit of saying or thinking about it.
To undo or break the problem or pattern,
We have to look at how we talk and describe it.
Then to change it,
Simply decide to stop talking about it and replace it with the desired result,
The desired words,
The new language.
Time to swallow the annoying problem and set the scene,
New scene of course.
Lose the repetitive language pattern you are sending around you,
Work your life force magic,
Look back and see this was how you changed it.
Maybe owed wounds from the past,
Remember the inner child still exists on your journey through life.
Then shall use a children's story to really make you understand their very essence.
So welcome to this guided meditation,
Learning from the wise white owl.
Now just before you get comfortable,
Please be aware of your arms and simply stretch both arms out and lift them high above your head.
Very good,
Now please relax all the body,
Please get seated or lay down if you wish.
At the count of three,
Please close one eye,
One,
Two,
Three and at the count of four,
Please close the other eye,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Here is a story to help with changing situations far the better.
So,
Once upon a time,
Two children,
A girl called Lucy and a boy called Matthew,
Both had one thing in common,
They wasn't happy.
Some troubles was worrying Lucy,
Something sad and scary worried Matthew.
In a way,
They both sang a sad song.
Troubled so very blue,
Every day stuck so sticky.
Because the words in their head and what they did said,
Every day stuck so sticky.
Even when in the garden beneath the apple tree,
Some troubles was worrying Lucy and still something sad and scary worried Matthew.
The apple tree had enough,
So dropped two large heavy apples from its wide long branches and as the two apples met the ground,
Both the children bounced very high and magically landed on the same branch from where the apples came from.
They looked at one another and got a shock.
For Lucy had turned into a garden bird,
A sparrow and Matthew had turned into another bird,
A blackbird.
They wanted to talk back at each other,
But only a bird song could be heard and so began the song of Lucy the Sparrow,
A very sad song.
For Lucy of troubles that worried her and so did the sad song of Matthew the blackbird,
Of something sad and scary that worried him.
Yes,
All they could now is sing like birds and this attracted clouds,
Dark and rainy ones.
Soon they got visited by thunder and lightning.
For everything is energy is it not?
The apple tree still shouted them because something good and magical was needed.
A miracle will happen.
A visit from the wise white owl.
Owls are still birds mostly night time and spreads his wise words.
He flew and perched between them both.
His head turns almost completely around.
He looked at Lucy and all around her.
Then turned and looked at Matthew and all around him.
Thus able to see the bigger picture.
Of all troubles and their solutions.
Owl then did laugh,
Spreading his glorious long white beautiful owl wings over Lucy and Matthew and said,
Said first to Lucy,
Swallow the bad song,
Digest it up in the tummy,
Let it disappear,
Ready for something sweeter instead.
White owl watched Lucy's throat make a large low sound.
Then watched her tummy rumble.
It had disappeared.
And then the owl turned to Matthew.
Swallow the bad song,
Digest it up in the tummy,
Let it disappear,
Ready for something sweeter instead.
White owl watched Matthew's throat make a large swallow sound.
Then watched his tummy rumble.
It too had disappeared.
Now I shall give you both a new song to write.
Full of happy wishes.
To attract the happiness you desire and rightly deserve.
Lucy got one writing white feather and wrote on a large apple leaf,
The jay and fun her heart wanted back.
Matthew got one writing white feather too and wrote on another large apple leaf,
The strength and joy his heart wanted back.
Lastly the white owl did say,
Before he flew away,
Learn your new happy songs,
Ready to sing with all your heart.
When the new day begins with the sun.
All through the night they both learnt their new songs.
In a way that new message to sing out to the world.
Between the two of them they tested each other,
Which helped them to learn the new song well and supported each other.
Then the magic time arrived.
It felt like all had stopped still.
For it was so quiet before the grand entrance of the big beautiful sun beginning to come out.
What a great way to start the day.
Lucy Sparrow and Matthew Blackbird began to sing their new songs.
And the sun shone on these birds.
White clouds danced on a new light blue sky.
Butterflies listened.
Bees hummed to the happy tune.
Ladybirds woke up happy.
And the squirrels climbed up close on the apple tree.
Blossom leapt up with the wind and danced around these two happy songs.
The two little birds heart grew and grew full and strong.
Their hearts were so full that they lapped and dropped from the branch and landed as new happy children once more.
They laid there laughing,
Gazing up at the apple tree.
And the two white feathers floated slowly,
Slowly landing on the middle of each other.
And they continued to listen and really opened their ear to all the other birds singing so beautifully.
And what a wonderful day it's going to be.
The End.
But a new beginning.
