This guided breathing meditation intuitively designed to switch off, recharge by meditating on your personal breath. A nice single stretch is included and free to choose one part of the physical body, I offer a back stretch for an example if needed. Eyes are lowed onto yourself and eventually fully close them as we enter white light colour breathing to boost your emotional energies. Enjoy your 5 minute break when you need it and a glass of water after may also help maintaining your wellbeing.
