Arriving in this moment.

Then let the breath fall out of your mouth with a loose jaw.

Slowing the breath,
Inhale deeply,
Let the breath again fill up,
Releasing your shoulders as you exhale the breath.
We'll start with three-part breath.
With this breath,
We are activating all of the breathing muscles by focusing the breath first into the belly,
Then into the mid-torso,
Then filling into the upper chest before releasing the exhale.
Inhale slowly into the belly.
When the belly is full,
Continue expanding into the mid-torso,
Followed by expanding the upper chest.
Exhale slowly to release.

Imagine drawing energy up from the earth.
As you do so,
Trace your hands together and in front of your body up the center channel,
Rising above your head and separating as you exhale,
Extending your hands out and away from you as your arms drop down to your sides.

Inhale up from the earth,
Tracing your hands together up the center channel,
Rising above your head,
Separating as you exhale,
Extending your hands out and away from you as your arms drop down to your sides.
Continue a few more here at your own pace.
As you flow together with your toric field,
You may notice tingling in your hands and your arms as energy recalibrates,
Or you may notice a flowing sensation through your body.
Notice the palpable sensation of your energy flow.
This is also you.
You and your energy extend far beyond the body.

Extend your hands out and away from you as you drop your arms down to your sides.
As we settle here,
Releasing the arms,
Breathe slowly through the nose.
Close your eyes and feel the physical sensation of your energy flow.
Your energy entrained to the rhythm of earth,
To the rhythm of nature.
Imagine how far your energy may extend as you breathe slowly in and out through your nose.
You may even feel a whisper from your true nature confirming that yes,
