Calling your energy back.
You are preparing for a union of mind,
Body and spirit when taking a deep dive into meditation.
Here we invite our full self to be present and centered.
First a grounding breath.
Inhale deeply,
Then exhale downward toward the ground below you as if you are rooting into the earth.
Then call your energy back home while focusing on your root.
You can whisper aloud or to yourself.
I call all of my energy back from all people,
Places,
Times,
Events,
Dimensions and realities.
I call it all back in.
Notice how you feel.
Sometimes it's a subtle shift of your spine.
Or you may feel a full sensation.
An internal smile.
Just notice whatever it is for you and know that you are moving forward fully present.
