Lauren Crawford is a certified holistic nutritionist, creative wellness educator, & mental health coach. Lauren has been studying the mind + body connection for 10 years & has been practicing cycle syncing for five years now. Through the process of cycle syncing, she has seen an overall positive transformation in how she views & experiences her menstrual cycle. She believes that our bodies carry innate wisdom & we can learn to work with them, rather than in opposition to them, to optimize our well-being & enjoy the vibrant life we were created to live.
