By using our innate creativity, we are able to listen to our body’s wisdom and learn the simple, holistic art of caring for ourselves. When we understand our immeasurable worth through our Creator’s eyes and heal at the root level, we have the opportunity to experience true joy, lasting freedom, and authentic creativity. This course is designed to illuminate the path to breakthrough by discovering how the mind, body, and soul communicate. We will lay an internal foundation which will dive into our worth, as well as discovering how nutrition plays a significant role in the healing process. We will explore forgiveness’s relationship to brain health, we will become aware of how gratitude bridges the gap between trauma and healing, and learn what a grieving process looks like accompanied by movement. Filled with Scriptural truths, thoughtful reflections, and practical applications, each day will bring a key practice used to unlock a new level of creative wellness. By the end of the course, participants will have created their own sustainable sacred practice that will lead to reclaiming identity, rediscovering movement, and restoring vision.
