Morning anxiety can bring a tight chest, a racing mind, or a sense of pressure before the day has even begun. These sensations are a natural stress response and don’t mean anything is wrong. In the next few minutes, you’ll be gently guided to slow the body’s alarm signal, ground your awareness, and bring your nervous system back toward balance.
