Good morning and welcome to the day.

This is your reminder to start your day with intention.

Please sit up in bed if you can,

Allowing your posture to be alert yet relaxed.

Let's welcome the day with some gentle breathing and movement.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Bringing your hands up in the air in any way that feels good to you and a nice long breath out,

Bringing your hands back down and together at your heart.

Let's do that two more times.

Breathing in,

Raising your hands in the air,

Celebrating waking up alive.

Breathing out,

Bringing them back down to your heart.

One more time,

Breathing in,

Hands up in the air,

Embracing what the day has to offer you.

Breathing out,

Hands back down,

Centering yourself.

Sensing inwards,

Set your intention to receive what you need today and to show up in presence to the best of your ability.

You are now ready to face the day.
