Reiki Attunement

So I invite you now to just set your intention to receive what you need from this attunement. And starting to tune into the energies around you. And noticing that energy around you as it may begin to change. Just intending to receive what you need. Continuing to tune into the energy all around you. And then taking your awareness to that energy channel that runs between the crown of your head and the base of your spine. And now bringing your awareness to the crown of your head. And now if it's within your range of motion just bring your joint hands together above your head. If it's not within your range of motion just send your attention there. Now bringing your awareness to your third eye. And now bringing your awareness to your hands so it can come back down in front of you. And allowing your awareness to expand now to your whole body feeling the movement of energy through your whole body. And now bringing your awareness to your heart space. Now bringing your awareness to the back of your head just the base of your skull. And then once again expanding your attention to include all the area around you and noticing now what it's like, What the energy around you is like. The attunement is complete. You are permanently connected to Reiki.
