Hello and welcome to this intuition programming practice with me Keziah Gibbons.
So we know that intuition works through information that has either come through or from the unconscious mind and we know that we can program our unconscious minds to filter information in certain ways but we can also program the unconscious learning that helps our unconscious minds to produce that intuitive information.
So this is something that can be really useful for times when you have made a wrong or a not useful choice and you'd like to have better prompts from your intuition next time and there are some people that say that you should do this at the end of every day and should you choose to do that you may find it becoming more powerful and more effective so that in your life you naturally make more and more intuitive choices that are aligned with your highest good.
So to start the exercise I wonder if you can think of a time when you made a choice that you later regretted and it can be anything it doesn't have to be a big regret or a big mistake but something where you would have liked to clear a sign from your intuition or if perhaps there were signals from your intuition that you ignored where you would in retrospect have liked to have listened to your intuition and when you've got that don't go into it too much yet just know what it is.
So settling into your seat now calling all of your energy back into your body and allowing yourself to relax aware of your body aware of your breathing and going inside now to find that intuitive center that intuitiveness that you've been cultivating perhaps calling in any guides that you have and asking for their presence and help and then taking yourself to a time just before you made a choice that was not in your best interests.
So dropping into yourself as you were seeing what you saw hearing what you heard feeling what you felt noticing the thoughts that you had and from this space and with the knowledge that you now have about what is about to happen this time making a different choice and then allowing that scenario to play out having made that different choice seeing what you see with the different choice made hearing what you hear with the different choice made feeling what you feel with the different choice made and knowing what you know with the different choice and when you've played out that scenario allowing yourself to fast forward back to the present bringing with you the benefits of having made that different choice skipping through time until you arrive in the here and now and trusting your unconscious mind now to recognize those moments of choice and to take with you into the future the understanding of the choices that give you more benefit so sending that energy of better choice forwards into the future and then coming back to the here and now releasing any visualization releasing any sounds thoughts and feelings that don't belong to the here and now letting go of any energy that may have moved through you opening your eyes perhaps shifting in your seat and being fully present here and now repeat this exercise as often as you like and notice all the wonderful choices that you start to make in your life thank you for practicing with me today
