If it feels good,
You could close your eyes or soften your gaze,
But take a moment to physically settle.
Do your best not to jump into the day's to-do list or start thinking ahead in the future,
But just bring yourself to this moment and settle.
Relax the jaw.
Let your belly be soft.
And just notice all of the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
And as you do,
Allow it to be a reminder that today is another day.
You are here,
You're alive,
And you're at the start of another beautiful day.
And take a few slow,
Easy breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
Letting it all go.
And inhale,
Bringing in that fresh morning air and new day energy.
Exhale,
Releasing any lingering sleepiness or tension.
And as you let your breath flow,
See if you can't inhale even 1% more and exhale 1% more.
Just making your breath a little bit bigger,
A little bit fuller.
And letting it all go as you breathe out.
Just let every breath gently wake you up and begin to activate your mind.
And let every breath out ground you and anchor you in the moment.
And as you exhale,
Grounding down through the moment,
Preparing yourself for the day.
And now we'll move into our affirmations.
I'll say each one slowly.
And after each one,
You can repeat it three times,
Silently or out loud if you prefer.
I begin this day feeling clear,
Present,
And ready.
I focus my attention with purpose and clarity.
I take meaningful action,
One step at a time.
My energy is focused and available to me today.
Throughout the day,
I stay engaged and organized.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I am adaptable and I am dialed in for my day.
Today I show up for my future self.
Today will be an amazing and productive day.
And taking a big deep breath in and a slow full breath out.
Taking a moment to set a positive intention for the rest of your day.
Something you would like to honor,
Focus on,
Or dedicate your day to.
Just hold that intention gently in your mind and in your heart.
And when you're ready,
Opening up the eyes.
Closing your meditation practice and beginning your beautiful and productive day.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
