So let's begin by coming to your comfortable meditative position.
So maybe you're working out the kinks,
Maybe you have to stretch the body a little bit from your night of rest.
Just let the body wake up and settle into your meditative position.
And now feel the power of your breath as you take a few big deep breaths,
Filling the lungs up all the way on the inhale and emptying them completely on the exhale.
So continuing to breathe like this,
A big full deep breath in and a full complete exhale out.
And feel the power of your breath begin to move energy through your body,
Waking you up and making you come alive.
And check in with your physical body.
How's it feeling this morning?
Check in with any signals it's sending you.
What's your body saying?
And now take a moment to welcome the new day.
Take a moment to realize what today is,
A small and beautiful miracle.
Breathe it in,
Feel its power and be grateful for the life and vitality that fills your body and mind.
And now feel yourself being filled with positivity.
Feel yourself being filled with optimism and hope for the incredible day ahead of you.
The day ahead is a clean slate.
Anything can happen and wonderful,
Incredible things are headed your way.
Today will be a wonderful,
Incredible day and you will approach your day with positivity,
A clear mind and a happy heart.
See your day playing out in the ideal way.
What happens?
How do you feel?
What do you do differently today?
And what wonderful things will happen because of those changes?
Just watch the day unfold in front of you.
See the day happening and see yourself living this day with positivity.
And you begin to feel excited for the wonderful day that's ahead as you watch it play out in front of you.
Because you know today will be a wonderful day.
And now you tell yourself today will be a wonderful day.
Today I will be kind.
Today I will believe in myself.
Today I will be unstoppable.
Today I will laugh.
Today I will be grateful.
And today will be a wonderful and incredible day.
And now taking a moment of gratitude for the gift of breath that you are given.
The fact that you're here and alive to experience this day.
And just take one big full breath in and one full breath out.
