So when you're ready,
Go ahead and get settled.
Find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to root down.
Your spine lengthens,
And shoulders soften as they melt away from your ears.
And bring yourself into your body,
Just by taking a few big,
Deep,
Easy breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
And open mouth exhale,
Releasing and letting go.
Do this a few more times,
Really noticing how good it feels to just be and breathe for a few moments.
And now let your breath become gentle and effortless,
Allowing it to move low into your belly.
Every inhale brings you nourishment,
And every exhale brings ease to your body.
And take a moment to check in with yourself.
How is my body feeling right now?
And just observe,
Without judgment or the need to do or fix.
Notice how your body is feeling right now.
And if you notice that there are any areas that are calling your attention,
Send your next few breaths to those places.
Maybe they need a little comfort or care.
And as you breathe,
Imagine that every inhale brings in health,
Vitality and nourishment.
And as you exhale,
It melts away any discomfort,
Heaviness,
Inflammation,
Anything that doesn't belong.
Inhale,
Bringing that health and vitality into your body,
Exhaling,
Releasing any pain,
Discomfort,
Disease,
Stagnation it leaves on the exhale.
And now in your mind's eye,
Imagine that there's a light,
A soft glowing light hovering above the top of your head.
This light can be any color that represents health to you.
Don't overthink it,
Just pick the color that intuitively feels right.
And see this light at the crown of the head,
Shining down,
And your head is illuminated with this light.
It soothes your mind,
Clearing any brain fog,
Releasing mental clutter,
Then the light shines down further,
Softening the eyes,
Relaxing your jaw,
Releasing any tension behind the throat,
And just allowing this light to do any healing that you need in your head,
Neck or face.
Allowing the light to pour down into your shoulders,
Feel them soften and release,
And the light pours down into your chest and heart.
This light removes any heaviness or tightness in the chest,
And brings ease and comfort into your heart.
And see this light continue to pour down into your arms and hands,
All the way to your fingertips,
Allowing this light to do any healing or nurturing that's needed in these places.
Seeing the light continue down to your abdomen and your back,
Letting health pour into your digestive system,
Your organs,
Your back,
And seeing the light continue to move down and fill your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles and all the way down to your toes.
Your whole body now being surrounded and flooded with this light of health and vitality and nourishment.
Health and healing pouring into your body,
With every breath and every moment.
And now in your mind's eye,
Imagine the version of you who is living in their best health.
See them right there in front of you,
Steady,
Vibrant,
Grounded.
Notice how they hold themselves,
What they look like.
Maybe you notice a change in their posture,
Their energy,
Their presence.
What does their skin look like?
Notice the way they move and breathe.
Perhaps the way they inhabit their body with confidence and ease.
This version of you is nourished from the inside out.
They feel good.
They listen to their body and they honor their needs with kindness and consistency.
And they're healthy.
Take a moment to really see them,
To feel them,
And to recognize that this healthiest version of you is not far away.
They live within you already.
And now imagine stepping into that healthiest self.
Feel yourself merging with them.
Their vibrancy becomes your vibrancy.
They feel good and now you feel good.
Their health becomes your health.
Allow your body to absorb this feeling of complete well-being and health throughout your whole body,
Through your mind and all the way into each and every one of your cells.
Stay here and just be and breathe,
Living in this version of you that is your healthiest self.
And tell yourself three times,
I am becoming my healthiest self.
And together,
Taking a big,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Open mouth exhale,
Let it go.
Bringing yourself back to this moment,
The here and now.
