Sometimes we need space between us and what we desire most. This might be something we very much want in our lives, or something we very much want out of our lives. Either way, this contemplative practice using visualisation will help you see what you are attaching to, outside yourself. Peace and light surrounds you.

Welcome.

I hope this moment finds you well.

Whatever it is that you're looking for or releasing right now,

Bring it here.

Everything is okay.

Everything will be okay.

Whether it's tangible or elusive,

It's there.

Is there something you're seeking?

Is there something you're hiding from?

Just bring it to mind.

Bring it up.

See it.

Feel it.

It's there.

Now,

Separate yourself.

Put some space between you and the thing.

Move it around.

Let it get bigger.

Let it get smaller.

It's still there.

Wanting your attention.

Just play with it.

Play with the idea of being separated from it.

If it's something you want or something you want to go away.

Just put some separation between you and it.

Think of the room that you're in.

Think of this thing as outside of yourself.

This wanting or hiding.

Separate from it and move it a little bit further away.

See it further away from you now.

And it changes.

It moves.

And it forms into this little ball that's floating out there.

Is there a color?

Does it bounce?

Does it float?

Does it dance?

Does it fall to the ground heavy?

Give it one more minute to be in your presence.

Separate it further now.

You don't need this.

Let it go.

If it was right for you,

You wouldn't feel this way about it.

Let it go.

And close the door.

Now,

Now you are at peace.

Free to breathe the fresh air.

The peace is all around you.

You are full of potential.

Energize your body with light.

Know that you are at peace.

You have everything that you need.

And you can walk away from anything in your life that you don't need.

Let it go.

Energize your body with light.

You have everything you need.

Go in peace.

Go in love.
