Welcome to this meditation for I Can,
I Am affirmations.
This meditation is intended to grant yourself permission to make space for the affirmation.
We do this by stating the affirmation first in an I Can statement,
Followed by I Am.
In this way,
The affirmation has a soft landing in your heart.
You can make space for it and be more receptive to that affirmation taking hold.
You can repeat these affirmations quietly to yourself.
You can say them silently in your heart or you can scream it if you feel it.
There will be a pause for breath in between each statement to make way for that affirmation to take hold.
