Be here now. Accept the moment exactly as it is, breath into your body, your stillness and await peace and calm. Bringing in awareness of the present moment always calms me and lets me release any repetitive thoughts. Namaste.

Hello and welcome to this meditation on calm and peace.

In our everyday lives there's plenty of moments for excitement and hurry and efficiency,

Getting things done.

We also want to balance those moments with times of tranquility,

Peace,

Simplicity,

And just doing nothing.

In this meditation I invite you to lay down all of the things that you've been worried about,

All of the tasks to complete,

And take a moment to sit with your stillness.

To sit with what's around you,

The background noise,

The wind blowing in the trees,

Your body as it is right now.

Just sit with all of this in stillness and acceptance.

So first we'll take some deep breaths.

Now we'll come into our body.

Become hyper aware of your surroundings and the placement of your body in this space.

Where are you?

Your eyes may be closed,

Your eyes might be slightly open,

And you might be wide awake.

Don't change anything.

Just sit with exactly the way you are right now.

Let the words land on you and let them wash away.

You don't have to participate in anything right now.

This is about awareness and acceptance of this current present moment.

Become aware of the surface of your skin.

Do you feel the clothing on your body?

Do you feel the air on your face?

Where are your hands?

Send all of your awareness to those hands.

Let them be.

Release any thoughts that come up.

Allow them and let them wash through you.

Release any thoughts that come up.

Allow them and let them wash through you.

Continue to feel the surface of your skin.

Where are your feet?

Are they wearing socks?

Shoes?

How do they feel?

Let them be in their existence exactly as they are at this moment.

Sending all of your awareness to your feet.

As those thoughts try to come up,

Let them wash through and breathe through.

Feeling the sense of peace washing through your body.

Feel a connectedness between those hands and those feet.

Feel a network through your body.

And allow the moving of the energy between the two to calm you further.

Feel a cycle of energy flowing between your hands and feet.

Calming you and grounding you and releasing you.

Release any thoughts that come up,

Letting them wash through you.

And let them go.

Connecting with that peace.

Centering that sensation in your belly.

Breathing through.

Release.

Release.

Stay with that peace.

Absorb it into your cells.

This present moment is sweet and peaceful and available.

Come back here as often as you like.

Connect with your hands and your feet,

Your entry point into calm and peace.

And let them wash through your body.

Namaste.
