Affirm your gratitude for yourself, your life and your surroundings. Clear the way with the "I Can" statement, followed by the commitment with "I Am." Sometimes, granting ourselves permission prior to making an affirmation will enhance their effectiveness. Includes Ujjayi breathing for some inspiration for your own breath.

Welcome to this meditation for I Can,

I Am Affirmations for Gratitude.

The approach with these affirmations is to first give yourself permission for the reality of this affirmation coming true.

Sometimes we need to clear the way to really allow space in ourselves and our lives for what we really want to come into being.

The first statement will be I Can,

Followed by I Am.

There will be a pause between each statement to really allow the words to soak in.

I invite you to say these affirmations out loud.

You can say them silently to yourself.

You can scream it if you feel it.

Let's get started.

Take some deep breaths.
