I'm Katie Coleman.

Sometimes we just need a quick jump start to our day or we only have two minutes,

Three minutes.

So,

Let's jump right in.

Close your eyes if you can.

And breathe three deep intentional breaths.

Allowing the peace to wash over your body.

Coming in to a deep awareness of a calm in your body.

Of a gentle grace.

Of your abilities to step away from any moments of tension.

Any moments of difficulty that might come up.

Allowing a pause in your day before you react.

And in that pause,

Just breathe.

Disengage just for a moment.

And you might just handle the situation a little bit differently.

Inviting a sense of calm.

And being open to grace in all situations.

Even if you just focus on that word.

Grace and breath.

Grace.

Feeling it wash over you.

Give a light movement to your fingers.

Feel into your feet in this moment,

In this present moment.

Feeling the grace sparkle and shine.
