In this guided sleep practice, we bring forward your day and let it go. Acknowledge, and move on to slumber. We step through a body scan to send gratitude and appreciation for everything that makes you, you. After the body scan, I give you gentle affirmations to create serenity as you doze off. The music remains consistent throughout after the swell for recalling your day, trailing off for a few last minutes as you drift into sleep.
