Uncertainty can be prevalent in so many moments of our lives.
It can cause pain,
Fusion,
And poor decision making.
So taking the time to find clarity in the uncertainty through acceptance can be a very powerful practice.
So invite your body to settle and open your breath and heart.
Notice how your body feels and all the sensations that arise.
Take a few deep breaths here and with each exhale let your body soften into comfort.
Now be here in this present moment.
Hear the sounds of your breath and feel all the sensations in your body.
There is nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be.
Where are you feeling uncertainty in your life?
Notice how it may feel in your body or in your thoughts.
Just observe without judgment.
Breathe and imagine that all these uncertainties are like a fog obscuring your vision and causing confusion.
Take a few more breaths and see if you can begin to accept the uncertainty,
To accept the fog around you.
As your eyes begin to adjust,
As you surrender to the fog and accept that it is here,
You can begin to see clearly.
Be here in this fog as you practice accepting what is.
There is beauty in uncertainty and there are lessons and clarity that await you here.
So surrender and accept.
