Beautiful.
I'm Katie Kermitzos,
And I'm so grateful that you're here with me today.
It's time to start your day with intention,
With positivity,
With love,
So you can shine from the inside out.
So the intention of today's guided meditation is to help you create the space to live purposefully today,
From start to finish,
So that when you put your head on your pillow tonight,
You feel whole and fulfilled.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Maybe you're sitting on your couch or lying down on your bed.
Close your eyes and turn your attention to the rise and the fall of your chest.
Letting the air fill your lungs with every breath in and contract with every breath out.
Keep this focus on your breath.
Perhaps even saying silently to yourself,
Breathe in every time you breathe in and breathe out every time you breathe out.
Giving our mind this task of monitoring our breath helps bring us into the moment.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
I want you to think about a moment recently when you felt alive,
Fully present with your true self,
Solid,
Confident,
Vibrant,
Completely filled.
Maybe you were on a date night with your spouse or in a conversation with a colleague or perhaps you were hugging your child or proudly finishing a project for work or listening intently to a good friend.
Feel that moment in your mind.
See the expression on your face,
The light in your eyes,
The curve of your lips,
The energy radiating around you.
What were you feeling in this moment?
What were you thinking?
Look at the snapshot of this moment and on your next breath in,
Invite her to be with you now.
That woman in your memory who is so alive in that moment.
Welcome her into this moment with you right now as you start your day.
Watch her smile become your smile.
Watch as the light in her eyes ignite yours.
Watch as the light that radiates from her confident face infuses yours in this moment.
You are one and you can feel your light glow.
Take a deep breath in and breathe it all out.
Be one with yourself,
With the best version of you.
The woman who is grateful and kind and loving and powerful.
The woman who is productive and purposeful with her actions.
The woman who is present with every person she encounters today,
Especially those she loves so much.
The woman who takes care of herself first and pays attention to her needs throughout the day.
The woman who is in alignment with herself and her place in this world.
You are here to shine,
Gorgeous.
And now that you are,
