If you have found yourself feeling a little sad or depressed or anxious or stressed out lately and over the years I have come to find out that whenever I'm feeling any of these heavy emotions it's usually because something inside of me is craving clarity over a part of my life.

You see all those emotions are sort of hazy and cloudy and once I do the work to become clear about either what it is I want or I don't want or clarity about what's going on that's causing that,

So much of that haziness disappears.

There are so many exercises that we can all do to find more clarity.

Meditating,

Exercising,

Being out in nature or journaling,

And I hope that this meditation adds to your toolbox of things you can reach for when you are seeking clarity.

Allow your eyes to close and melt into your space.

The rhythm of your breath is slow.

Ease into yourself.

Come deeper inside.

Find a smooth gentle flow.

There's gray that exists.

Clouds that hover and swirl.

Keeping you separate from truth.

Here is where you come to breathe the clouds away.

Open for what's here to choose.

So breathe in deep.

Clearing out the old.

And anything that's heavy inside.

Breathe in deep and make space for the clarity your soul will provide.

Questions arise.

What answers do you seek?

Offer them up to the sky.

Feel the wind carry them.

Like leaves floating away.

And listen.

You might hear a reply.

Deeper and deeper.

Relaxing and releasing what's here.

Let your mind clear.

Lighter and lighter.

Let the moment take you,

My dear.

Come back to breath.

To this moment now.

Feeling so light and refreshed.

Whatever you heard.

Whatever you felt.

Trust it and release all the rest.

Anytime you need.

Guidance and clarity.

Answers to questions you seek.

Come deep within.

And trust that you know the language that your soul speaks.
